After two months of talking yet still not hearing about the new soundtrack of the next Twilight movie, New Moon, it has finally came out online. The much anticipated single is entitled “Meet Me On The Equinox” by Death Cab For Cutie. You can watch the music video on online courtesy of MTV.Com.

A few moments after it was released, the Twilight fans flooded it with comments and most of them were positive. They were in love with the song. But there were some who were not satisfied, though. The biggest downfall was not really the song, but the video. The Twight fans are complaining that there is not enough Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson). Like, will there ever be enough of RPaTz?

The song centered around the break-up between Bella(Kristen Stewart) and Edward. The movie is scheduled for release on November and you can Watch New Moon Online on this site a few days after it hits the theaters.

The video features longer looks at the forest-set split shot and Bella’s inability to cope. But strangely enough, the changes near the end as Bella tries to stop Edward from killing himself. So you’ll see lots of Bella running… while Edward disrobes in slow motion. Wow!

The single has been premiered MTV during the Video Music Awards 2009 last September 23 on which the extended trailer of New Moon was also premiered.

Other artists and songs also included in the soundtrack are Band of Skulls “Friends”,Thom Yorke “Hearing Damage”, Lykke Li “Possibility”, The Killers ” A White Demon Love Song”, Anya Marina “Satellite Heart”, Muse “I Belong To You (New Moon)”, Bon Iver with St. Vincent “Roslyn”, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club “Done All Wrong”, Hurricane Bells “Monsters”, Sea Wolf “the Violent Hour, Ok Go “Shooting The Moon”, Grizzly Bear “Slow Life”, Editors “No Sound But The Wind”, and Alexander Desplat “New Moon(The Meadow)”.

The soundtrack will be available on October 20 on Atlantic Records, which is exactly one month before the movie will be shown in theaters.
